Funxion VSTI is a Hybrid Synthesizer with user definable functions for waveforms and distortion.

3 oscillators with standard VA and custom waveshapes using mathematical functions

Dulcet



Features:
  • Body resonator with many different modes.
  • Noise, with Pink, Red, Blue, White noise modes which can be used as a noise generator or an exciter for the PM delay when the feedback (FB slider) is at max.
  • Oscillator with saw, sine, square (with adjustable pulse width) waves and white and pink noise modes. It can be used as a sub oscillator, or as an exciter for the PM delay.
  • Pre-filter(Filters before the PM delay) with different filter modes and Source options (Noise/Osc/Both).
  • Another Filter with different modes and modulation options.
  • Vibrato and tremolo/ LFO for the filter.
  • Pitch envelope with adjustable probability.
  • A delay.
  • 128 high quality presets and a manual.

Kruud VSTI is a hybrid Synthesizer with a lot of modulation capabilities.

Features

1 Oscillator with low resolution user waveforms, and a few normal waveforms inlcuding
noise.
1 LFO with OSC,FM, Audio rate modes.
1 LFO with low resolution user waveforms, and a few normal waveforms inlcuding noise.
A Randomizer
3 ADSRs
A Filter with 9 different modes
1 Delay with tuned mode for physical modelling.
1 normal delay
Both delays can be modulated
1 Arpeggiator
1 Step modulator

The Oscillator

You can modulate the pitch of the oscillator with 2 modulators which can be scaled and
quantized. User waveforms and standard waveforms have different modulation options.
The user waveforms has different modes were you can morph, mix between two waveforms, or
you can do PWM on the A waveform. The standard oscillators have PWM and phase modulation.

  1. USING DULCET RIGHT NOW AND MUST SAY THAT IT IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN AAS STRING STUDIO BUT NEVER GOT TO MAKE IT SOUND AS NICE AS DULCET SOUNDS.

  3. Wow, dulcet is really nice. Definitely a step up from string studio.

    Just missing one thing--microtuning. Nothing makes a modeling synth sound more real. I retrofitted it on both Prism and Steampipe. Dulcet would replace Steampipe in my setup if only it had xenharmonics.... And I'd gladly pay for it!

    Micro tuning would be nice indeed. I hope I can add it some day, but it might take a long time til then.

    1. I would love to begin using your instruments, but Microsoft is refusing me access to the downloads for any of them. Please find a dropbox situation or some other that allows access without needing to involve ourselves with these nasty Microsoft people and whatever their game is this week!

    4. Xenobioz, thanks so much for providing that alternate download mirror! I jumped right on it. With a synth name like 'kruud' my curiosity was killing me, and the instrument looks so well put together, too. I'm rather choosy with VSTi, but if it does become a staple, I always return before very long to support freeware builders. Cheers! --Tele
